Bookkeeping/Payroll
As for bookkeeping and payroll, there are many tasks involved. Similarly to my tax accountant roll, I must also prepare source documents for all operations, and transactions that take place in a business. I also record financial transactions, such as payments made by individuals or businesses, as well as sales and purchases.
I process payrolls based on the frequency required, either weekly, biweekly, or monthly and then produce W2s and 1099s at the end of the year. Another duty of mine in this capacity is to complete and file the payroll quarterly tax returns. Additionally, in the area of payroll, I must also organize timesheets and enter the data for accurate payroll results.
